What We
Offer
Youth Lessons are custom-tailored to meet the needs & goals of children aged 4-17 years old. Our experienced instructors work diligently to balance setting a solid foundation with keeping children motivated and giving them a blueprint on how to practice efficiently to optimize their time digesting what they've learned.

At the core of our teaching values are the principles of quality musicianship which can only be obtained through diligent study and expert teaching. Our goal for Children's Lessons is to instill long-lasting knowledge, technical skill, and above all, a deep love for music that children can carry with them into Adulthood. We want all of our young learners to be able to learn on their own eventually and have the foundation/skill set to do that efficiently, with Intellect, Creativity, and Artistry.

We offer regular performance opportunities throughout the Academic Year, including a minimum of 2 Recitals (Participation in Recitals/Events is not compulsory and varies from student to student, but it is encouraged). Other opportunities include performances in Fairfax Spotlight on the Arts Festival, NVMTA Events, Masterclasses and Workshops at FCM, performance classes, and themed recitals, such as Holiday Recitals & Bach Celebration Recital.​​
30-Min Private Lessons
Tuition for Fall & Spring: $207 x 10 Monthly Installments ($56 per Lesson)
18 Lessons in Fall Semester + 18 Lessons in Spring Semester = 36 Lessons during Academic Year. Tuition incorporates Recitals/Events Fees as 1 Lesson Unit​
Tuition for Summer: $207 x 2 Monthly Installments ($51.75 per Lesson)
60-Min Private Lessons
Tuition for Fall & Spring: $392 x 10 Monthly Installments ($106 per Lesson)
18 Lessons in Fall Semester + 18 Lessons in Spring Semester = 36 Lessons during Academic Year. Tuition incorporates Recitals/Events Fees as 1 Lesson Unit​
Tuition for Summer: $392 x 2 Monthly Installments ($98 per Lesson)
Master Mentorship
Lessons with any instructor who has over 20+ years experience teaching will be charged at a higher rate of:
$6 extra per 30-min lesson
$9 extra per 45-min lesson
$12 extra per 60-min lesson or more.
45-Min Private Lessons
Tuition for Fall & Spring: $300 x 10 Monthly Installments ($81 per Lesson)
18 Lessons in Fall Semester + 18 Lessons in Spring Semester = 36 Lessons during Academic Year. Tuition incorporates Recitals/Events Fees as 1 Lesson Unit​
Tuition for Summer: $300 x 2 Monthly Installments ($75 per Lesson)
Private Lessons 75-mins+
Any lessons which are 75-mins or greater will be calculated by the per minute rate of $1.76.
Tuition for Fall & Spring:
10 Monthly Installments.
18 Lessons in Fall Semester + 18 Lessons in Spring Semester = 36 Lessons during Academic Year. Tuition incorporates Recitals/Events Fees as 1 Lesson Unit​
Tuition for Summer: 2 Monthly Installments resulting in a significant discount for the full Summer Semester.
